Streetfood in Georgetown

Absolutely mesmerized watching the hustle and bustle behind the food stalls... They are makeshift carriages and mostly each carriage is specialized on a certain dish. In between all the carriages simple tables and stools are set up, everything just for a few hours, and every stall has their uniquely colored plastic dishes and chopsticks, so they would always be able to allocate the plates when clearing the tables. The hygienic circumstances are bloodcurdling, dishes are done in some buckets with cold water, food scraps are simply chucked on the pavement, food is lying around uncooled, every corner smells differently but intense, it is loud, dirty and crowded... The stalls are run by whole families and everybody clicked like clockwork...

...and it was sooo yummy!
